Proof Score is TalentProof’s 0–100 score of a student’s proof of work. It is calculated from scored internships, work experience, and assessed projects, plus a completeness component from the student’s profile. It is not a placement rank, and the exact scoring formula is not publicly documented.
What is Proof Score?
TalentProof calculates Proof Score automatically from evidence on the student’s profile. Students do not type the number in. Recruiters with access to a candidate in TalentProof hiring tools may see it; it is not described here as a public ranking of every student, and it is not a guarantee of an interview or offer.
What contributes to Proof Score?
Confirmed inputs are:
- Scored internships
- Scored work experience
- Assessed / scored projects
- Profile completeness (for example photo, education, location, about, and elevator pitch)

How verification relates to Proof Score
Verification is recorded on individual evidence items. Supervisor verification of internships and work experience affects how that evidence is used in the score. What Proof Score is designed to show
